Without the proper maintenance, molds will inevitably begin exhibiting problems that can be costly to fix and that can drastically reduce production efficiency. Janler can setup a maintenance schedule and perform the necessary work to make sure that molds are always running properly and effectively. Even if the mold was made by another manufacturer, Janler has the necessary expertise to maintain all injection molds and limit their downtime.
Should repair or rebuild services be required, Janler’s experienced engineers and mold-makers have the necessary skills to troubleshoot any problems and return the molds back to optimal running condition. Upon completion of the repair work, molds can be sent to the full service molding department to ensure that they are working properly before being sent back to the customer.
